Terms and Conditions
Last updated: October 2, 2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of NexPlay (the "Service"), an online marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of game accounts, in-game currency, items, boosting services, gift cards, and other digital products. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Marketplace Role
NexPlay provides the platform that connects buyers and sellers — we are not a party to the transaction between them. Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings and for delivering what they describe. Buyers are responsible for reviewing listings carefully before purchasing.
Third-party game policies. Many games and platforms prohibit the trading of accounts, items, or currency under their own terms of service. Buying or selling through NexPlay may violate the policies of the game publisher in question, which could result in the game account being suspended or banned by that publisher. NexPlay has no control over, and is not responsible for, actions taken by game publishers against accounts traded on the Service.
4. Selling on NexPlay
To sell, you must apply and be approved, which includes verifying your identity (a government-issued ID and a selfie, and optionally proof of address). Sellers agree to:
- list only items, accounts, or services they have the right to sell;
- describe listings accurately and fulfil orders promptly;
- not list anything obtained through fraud or theft, or that infringes a third party's rights; and
- comply with our Prohibited Items Policy.
NexPlay charges a commission on completed sales, as disclosed on our Fees page. Commission rates may change from time to time; the rate in effect at the time of a sale applies to that sale.
5. Payments, Wallet, and Payouts
Buyer payments are processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor, and held until the order is marked complete, at which point the seller's share is credited to their NexPlay wallet balance. Sellers may withdraw their wallet balance using a payout method they configure. Depending on the payout method, withdrawals may be processed automatically or reviewed manually before funds are sent — see your Wallet page for current processing details. NexPlay is not responsible for delays caused by a third-party payment provider or incorrect payout details supplied by the seller.
6. Refunds and Disputes
If an order isn't fulfilled as described, buyers may raise a dispute before marking the order complete. NexPlay may review order evidence (including messages between the parties) to help resolve a dispute and, where appropriate, issue a refund or release funds to the seller. Our decision in a dispute is made in good faith based on the information available to us.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the Service to: violate any law; defraud another user; circumvent our fee structure by arranging payment outside the platform; post false, misleading, or infringing content; or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, logos, and content (excluding user-generated listings and messages), is owned by NexPlay and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our permission.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, and we do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items listed by sellers.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NexPlay will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of a traded game account due to a third party's enforcement action, loss of data, or loss of profits.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or exposes us to legal risk.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version.
