NexPlay ("NexPlay," "we," "us," or "our") operates an online marketplace for game accounts, in-game currency, items, boosting services, gift cards, and other digital products (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Account information. When you register, we collect your email address and a securely hashed password, or — if you sign in with Google — your name, email address, and profile photo from your Google account.

Profile information. You may optionally add a display name, avatar, and other profile details.

Seller verification information. If you apply to become a seller, we collect your store details and, to verify your identity, a government-issued ID photo, a selfie, and (optionally) a proof-of-address document. These documents are used only to confirm your identity and are never shown to buyers or other sellers.

Payout information. If you set a payout method, we collect what's needed to pay you — for example a bank account/IBAN and issuing bank, a PayPal or Payoneer email, a crypto wallet address and network, or a mobile wallet provider and account number.

Transaction information. We keep a record of listings, orders, payments, wallet balances and withdrawals, messages between buyers and sellers, and reviews, so the marketplace can function and so we can resolve disputes.

Payment information. Card payments are processed by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number — Stripe handles that directly and shares with us only what we need to confirm a payment succeeded (for example, the card's last 4 digits and brand).

Usage information. We automatically collect standard technical information — IP address, browser/device type, pages visited, and timestamps — for security, fraud prevention, and to understand how the Service is used.

Cookies. We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in, and, where enabled, Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information above to:

• create and maintain your account;
• process orders, payments, and payouts;
• verify seller identities and prevent fraud;
• enable buyers and sellers to communicate about an order;
• respond to support requests and resolve disputes;
• send you service-related emails (order confirmations, security alerts) and, if you opt in, product updates;
• maintain the security and integrity of the Service; and
• comply with legal obligations.

3. How We Share Your Information

We share information only where necessary to operate the Service:

• With the other party to a transaction — a seller sees the buyer information needed to deliver an order, and vice versa; your government ID/selfie is never shared with the other party.
• With service providers who process data on our behalf, such as Stripe (payments), our email provider (transactional email), and our cloud hosting providers — each bound to use your data only to provide their service to us.
• For legal reasons, if required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of NexPlay, our users, or the public.
• In a business transfer, if NexPlay is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and comply with legal obligations. Verification documents are retained only as long as necessary for identity verification and fraud-prevention purposes.

5. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. You can update most account information yourself from your account settings, or contact us (see Section 8) to make a request.

6. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

7. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards — including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and access controls — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
